The payment to HRCIstudy.com can be made through www.paypal.com - a global leader in online payment solutions (accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) with payments accepted from 45 countries worldwide.
Once you make a payment through PayPal and enrol in HRCIstudy.com, PayPal will immediately issue a receipt of payment. Your User ID and Password for HRCIstudy.com will be provided either in the enrolment page of HRCIstudy.com or sent to you through email. The online enrolment process takes less than 4 hours, after which you will have access to the selected course.
If you cannot pay using a credit card, please email us at adminsupport@hrcistudy.com and we will provide you another option for making payment.
Please note: If you do not have a credit card or cannot use your credit card for making payment, we suggest you use the credit card of your colleague, friend, or relative. Thereafter, please send an email to adminsupport@hrcistudy.com giving the payment details and your personal information (such as name, address, and preferred email address for correspondence). We will set-up the account to reflect your personal details, so that you can take the course in your name.
Sometimes, enrollment emails sent from HRCIstudy.com may go to your bulk/junk/spam email folder. We, therefore, request you to look up emails in that folder too if you are expecting an enrollment email from HRCIstudy.com.
Bulk/Corporate discounts are available if more than 3 persons join HRCIstudy.com course together. For details, please email us at adminsupport@hrcistudy.com.
The course extension fee is $40/week or $140/month. So, if you think you need longer duration for study, we recommend that you take the appropriate course at the time of enrolment itself.
The course cancellation fee is $50, if you request for course cancellation within 2 days of providing access by HRCIstudy.com. Also, no course cancellation request is entertained 2 days after the course access is provided by HRCIstudy.com.
Upgrading a course or change requests: Any request for course change, including course up- gradation, should be made within 3 days of remitting the course fee. Thereafter, no such request would be entertained and no refunds will be made under any circumstances.HRCIstudy.com course is a continuous study program and if you wish to split the course into 2 study durations, the requests can be accommodated. However, an additional processing fee of $25 is levied.
