Take Breaks

• Taking Breaks: The duration of SPHR/PHR exams is long (4 hours). We recommend that you take breaks at comfortable intervals to relax and get your concentration back.
• Practice taking full length simulated practice tests: HRCIstudy.com recommends that you practice answering the full length Simulated Practice Tests a few days before the actual SPHR/PHR exam.
• Take a break after ensuring that you are in step with the planned answering pace.
